Beginners

For those who would like an introduction to a nourishing and effective yoga technique. It will provide the student with the basic principles of yoga and increase their capacity to develop a nourishing practice that is grounded in functional and structural integrity.  These principles can be used with any other form of yoga practice. Additionally, for experienced practitioners wanted to refine and deepen their practice.

Drop In

Focusing on form and shape through continued somatic enquiry.  All students are welcome to drop in on classes/courses, if there is space.
